Everyone has his or her own share of a delightful childhood memory. This is why we can’t help but relate to Anne Curtis-Heussaff’s recent Instagram post. She shared a snap of her holding a cup of taho in her hand as she beamingly stood beside the vendor. It turned out, Anne was an ardent customer of the peddled good as a child.

Anne narrated:

“When I was young lagi kami bumibili ng Taho kay Mang Boy. Suki namin sya sa may amin sa Mandaluyong. As in every day.”

Mang Boy has already gone to a better place now. It’s quite sad, but Anne was pleased to learn that Kuya Sendong, Mang Boy’s son, inherited the business.

“Nakakamiss. Ang saya lang, kasi after namin mag shoot saktong napadaan din si Kuya Sendong! Ang saaaaaaarap ng taho. Sakto at parehas din ang timpla ng Kay Mang Boy!”
