Once again, Kapamilya show “Mission Possible” has offered us another inspiring story of an ordinary man who managed to make his wild and seemingly unachievable goals into reality. On the June 25 episode of the public service show, we witnessed how Emmanuel Romero‘s life changed after he exhibited honesty and kindness in the past.
In case you missed it, Emman was the garbage collector who went viral online after he found an amount of P427,798 in a pile of trashes in Baliwag, Bulacan.
Instead of keeping the money and using it for his family’s needs, the kind and honest garbage collector decided to turned over the money to the authorities and returned it to its owner.
The humble garbage collect said he simply thought it was the right thing to do.
As a token of appreciation for Emman’s good deed, Mission Possible host Julius Babao gave him a sack of rice, a brand new flat screen TV and an ABS-CBN TV Plus black box.
Moreover, Emman shared that his family is currently building a new house. However, since they don’t have enough money to continue the construction, it took them a long time to finish it. With this in mind, Suntrust Properties Inc. offered to provide them the materials they needed to finish their home.
