Vice Ganda has always shown compassion for his supporters through the years and he never fails to show gratitude to them whenever the chance is there. We could say that he is one who never forgets to look back at his humble beginnings.
In the July 12 episode of his long-time running noontime show ‘Showtime’, he reminisced about his early days as a performer.
He asked a Tawag ng Tahanan contestant if she knew who “Ingrid Montecarlo ang Regine Velasquez ng Sta. Cruz” was. Later on, the comedian revealed to co-host Anne Curtis that it was him and that he used the name for Eat Bulaga’s “.O, Diva” contest.
Eat Bulaga, as everyone knows, is Showtime’s long-time airtime competitor.
“O, Diva” was a singing contest back in the day.

Right now, we already know that Vice Ganda has gone a long way since that singing contest from the other network. He is now a multitalented artist who continues to work to become better for the people who have been by his side since day one.
