She may have failed to win “The Voice Teens” last year, but Lala Vinzon continues to wow listeners with her amazing voice.
In fact, the 15-year-old was just asked to sing on set in front of Coco Martin himself and the rest of the cast of “Ang Probinsyano”. As per the request of Joross Gamboa, Lala belted out her version of Andra Day’s “Rise Up”, after which everyone in the room gave a round of applause.

From Mexico, Pampanga, Lala made her foray into showbiz by joining the hit singing competition in April. Awed by her take of Michael Buble’s “Feeling Good”, coach Bamboo Manalac then took her under his wing. She was able to advance up to the finals, but was ultimately bested by Jona Marie Soquite, handled by Sarah Geronimo.
Since then, Lala has landed a number of projects. First, guest appearances on talk shows, performing on mall tours, opening for international bands, then being a part of “ASAP”. Right now, she’s part of a singing squad, together with Ylona Garcia, Jayda Avanzado, Kyle Echarri, Jeremy Glinoga, and Darren Espanto.

Aside from the noontime show, veteran actor Roy Vinzon’s daughter can also be watched in “Ang Probinsyano” as Lorie.
