Seasoned actor Joko Diaz said that there was only one condition before he allows his 14-year-old daughter named Ashley to enter the showbiz industry. He said that his eldest daughter should finish her studies first before allowing her to follow in his footsteps being a celebrity.
Joko also told Abby that he will look after her. He was cornered by her and his daughter’s mother two months ago. In return, Joko promised that he would not be a stage father to Ashley because he would give respect to his daughter who signed an exclusive contract with the Viva Artists Agency.
Joko recalls that he was 14-years-old when he signed a contract with Viva Films. He said that it was a good result for him that led to where he is today in the showbiz industry.

“Dyusko” ang sagot ni Joko nang tanungin kung papayag siyang sumali sa mga beauty pageant si Ashley kapag tumuntong ito sa wastong edad dahil malaki ang potensiyal ng bata na maging beauty queen. Ashley then expressed gratitude towards her celebrity father for allowing her to join the showbiz industry. She revealed that she wanted to become a singer.
According to Ashley, she said that she has a good relationship with her father. Ashley said that Joko is a very supportive father.

On the other hand, Ashley revealed that she was bullied when she was in Grade 6 at a private school in Batangas City. She added that she was so curious as to why she was always bullied in her school.
